Our IT Support Tool “DeskDirector”
If you are a TeraCloud Managed Customer, there should be a shortcut on your desktop labeled IT Support Tool. When you open this app you will have the ability to submit a support request by clicking “Create Ticket”. If you cannot locate the tool on the desktop or programs list, you can also use the web portal HERE – You will need to request a token which will be emailed to you.
